Our C-130 expertise extends right across our support services, including to our Procurement & Supply Chain team. Using our end-to-end global supply chain, we can leverage our long-term relationships with aircraft and equipment OEMs to provide you with the required expertise at the right time in the right place, supporting maintenance and modification activities worldwide.

Our Supply Chain processes are audited to AS9100 standard and our extensive knowledge of export regulations, including ITAR, helps ensure we maintain a compliant, sustainable and socially responsible Procurement and Supply Chain function.

Key Capabilities

Leverage on our aerospace experience, our team delivers a number of key capabilities:

  • Procurement - We have extensive experience and knowledge in procurement of aircraft spare parts, components and systems, ranging from off-the-shelf items through to full development, and first-of-type products in support of aircraft MRO and modification programmes.
  • Component repair - We can manage all aspects of component Repair and Overhaul (R&O) tasks for you, which includes supplier selection, negotiating pricing agreements, order management and transportation.
  • Spares Ranging and Scaling - We have the experience and capability to range and scale spares requirements at both platform and system level to meet your needs as an individual customer. Testing of spares can also be undertaken by modelling simulations, supported through the provision of customer specific data or from the significant data we have derived from decades of aircraft maintenance.
  • Warehouse & Distribution Services - We offer extensive warehouse and distribution services, including the capability to hold inventory in our 3,000m² of fully bonded and climate-controlled storage space. Our warehouse team undertake all goods receipts, inspection, storage and handling of parts, including dangerous goods. We also support shipping off site, with our goods despatch team conversant with export control regulation and holding Authorised Economic Operator and Known Consignor certifications. Our warehouse team is available 24/7 to support AOG (aircraft on ground) requirements.
  • Export Compliance - Trade Control ensures the correct management of export licences from both the US and UK and the application of all necessary ITAR licences. The correct application and verification of all licences is a key feature of our ERP system.
  • Strategic Partnerships - We can support you with a wide range of capabilities, drawn from our strategic partnerships with preferred suppliers, aircraft OEMs, equipment OEMs and our network of accredited distributors and stockists.
