Our expertise in supply chains covers procurement, supplier relationships, and warehousing and distribution, meaning we can acquire the goods and services our customers need, where and when they need them.

The quality of our projects is assured through extensive testing, whether that’s our world-class flight tests, or mechanical, environmental and corrosion testing, all of which is underpinned by a rigorous approach to quality assurance, safety and assurance.

And we pride ourselves in ensuring our customers are treated personally with the same care and attention as we give to their projects through our 24/7 support Customer Centre team.

Supply Chain Management

Our C-130 expertise extends right across our support services, including to our Procurement & Supply Chain team. Using our end-to-end global supply chain, we can leverage our long-term relationships with aircraft and equipment OEMs to provide you with the required expertise at the right time in the right place, supporting maintenance and modification activities worldwide. Manufacturing Support

Our Manufacturing Support provides an internal manufacturing and special processes service that sets us apart from our competitors. This unique in-house capability allows us to support you by manufacturing parts quickly and easily when they are unavailable from the OEM. We can also undertake urgent aircraft repair parts and support the rapid prototype and manufacture of new products. Flight Test Capability

Our highly qualified and experienced team of Pilots and Flight Test Engineers are approved to support and conduct functional check flights that meet both military (UK MoD and many foreign Air Forces) and civil (UK CAA, EASA, FAA) requirements and enable us to offer you a ‘turn-key’ solution. Our test crews hold and maintain current military approvals on the C-130 aircraft (or other military-specific aircraft type approval) and UK/JAA Airline Transport Pilots Licence. Test Services

Our world-class test facility is accredited to UKAS ISO 17025 for mechanical, environmental and corrosion testing. We have more than 40 years’ experience of structural testing, ranging from multi-channel full-scale C-130 fuselage and wing fatigue life testing to single component and material testing. Structural Testing Leveraging on our proven experience in large structural testing, we offer full range of structural tests on a single and multi-axis basis. Paint Facility and Ground Running Enclosure

Alongside our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul capability, we can offer you a cost-effective full strip and repaint capability, ensuring a high quality finish, all of which is delivered in-house through our strategic partnership with a specialist provider.
