Marshall USA is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Schreck to its growing executive leadership team, effective immediately. Schreck will report directly to Marshall USA President Ken Loy.
A retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and most recently Capture Director for Leidos, Inc., Schreck will bring nearly four decades of experience to Marshall USA. In the newly created role of Vice President, Customer Delivery, he will play a pivotal role within the executive leadership team, overseeing overall contract execution and the capture and delivery of special programs for the U.S. Department of Defense.
During his 20 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, Schreck served multiple overseas operational and combat tours as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor before being selected for test pilot training. He has recorded over 3,200 total flying hours across 45 different types and models of aircraft, leading multiple key test programs with responsibilities spanning the complete system development cycle.
Schreck has held a number of high profile and impactful roles in his post-military career. He led several critical, urgent need program teams during contingency operations in Southwest Asia in support of the Global War on Terror. He subsequently led winning capture teams in the development, test, deployment, and sustainment of special mission aircraft programs for the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and the U.S. Army.
“Paul is the perfect person for this key role in Marshall USA as we establish and grow with the U.S. C/KC-130 community,” said Marshall USA President Ken Loy.
“He has an exceptional track record of serving operational forces in the DOD and USSOCOM, and I’m sure that he’ll continue our UK team’s heritage of responsible and timely delivery of capabilities to our troops in the field.”
Schreck holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Aviation Systems from the University of Tennessee. He is a Distinguished Graduate of the U. S. Naval Test Pilot School, a certified Program Management Professional (PMP), and an FAA-licensed, Commercial Rated Instrument Pilot for both multi-engine fixed-wing and rotorcraft.
