For a fifth year Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group was chosen to host a day long visit of the Royal College of Defence Studies.
The Royal College of Defence Studies (RCDS) is part of the Ministry of Defence and each year it selects high potential senior military officers and officials from the UK and overseas to attend a one-year programme based in London to address and understand political, diplomatic, security and economic issues. While at Marshall the cohort enjoyed a tour of the site with demonstrations of our depth and breadth of capabilities, an interactive session and presentations from our Apprentices.
One member of the course tweeted afterwards: “An informative course visit to Marshall learning about their diverse industry and powerful company history. Presentations by three members of their apprenticeship scheme underscores that ‘people are at the heart of their success’.
