Marshall Aerospace appoints new HR Director

Helen Stephenson-Ellis has been appointed Human Resources Director for Marshall Aerospace as of 6 February 2023.

Helen brings a wealth of experience to the role with an accomplished background in the global pharmaceutical and financial services industries, working for organisations such as AstraZeneca, Aviva and Oxford BioMedica where she has delivered all aspects of the people agenda including skills growth and development, reshaping and resizing of organisations to meet changing business needs, acquisitions and engagement.
